String process in procedure

Hi All,

Could you please respond on the below.

We have one string and Entire string will be passed into the procedure.

How Procedure will filter out the value for the respective parameter.

Ex string: PTR|Q1|**111***|PTR_154221|DEPTNO|100||P||IN|
