Streaming an Oracle forms6i application on xenapp 5

Dear members.

I am a student doing an intern in a company where an Oracle forms application is used as an intern erp program...
Since the installation on every new company laptop can be long the company wanted to stream this application. Also the Oracle client conflicts with some of the other used applications here in the company.

A typical forms installation is installing the forms server (forms runtime 6.0.8.11.3) and the Oracle Reports Server (Reports Runtime 6.0.8.11.3). And the Oracle Network Client (Net8)

2 files are adjusted, TNSNAMES.ORA and SQLNET.ORA

The program is then run from the network mapped drive "I:/"

The first problem was that i couldnt really adapt the files from the installation, i had to take the files from another installation and just overwrite the files with the profile manager (in the proces of creating a bubble). So thats solved.

The second problem is that the application has to start in the networkdrive "I:/". Wich couldn't be done in the installer (i had to "add" the program and fill in the stuff there. I could however use the network name \\server\directory...

But the program couldnt start or run after i published it. I think this program is just a bit to unaverage, so i hope there are some experienced users here.

Is there anyone with experience in Oracle forms and creating a profile for it??? Or have you followed a good tutorial? This could be a great bump for my reseach because i kind of hit a wall here...
