Strategic Planner Starter App

Oracle APEX 24.1.6

Hi, I am interested in using the Strategic Planner application, however, when I follow the installation steps, I get an error “NOT COMPATIBLE (Your export may contain calls not supported by your Oracle APEX version.)". Fair enough, but can I bypass this or install the version that is compatible with my Oracle APEX version?

According to Pretius, it was released with APEX 23.2, so I would expect to see it in my app gallery being on 24.1.6, but I am not seeing it, and can't install it directly via the .zip file from the GitHub repo.
