strange tables! BIN$Bvv1LAp7Qpm766a%uwB1Mw==$0

There are some strange tables in my schema.
I've never ever created them. But they are showing up after issuing the command:
select * from tab;
And I also can not delete them.
One of them is called:
BIN$Bvv1LAp7Qpm766a%uwB1Mw==$

Any idea?
