I've just come across some strange notes in the official Oracle 12.2 documentation about DBMS_SCHEDULER:

In the "CREATE_PROGRAM" procedure description, here's what you see: "project 25230, ...".
Looks like some documentation project notes that were forgotten. There was a time we could leave some comment about the documentation at the bottom page, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. How can we signal this?
