Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

Well I don't know if this is the appropriate forum to ask my question, however here it is.
Every time that i run my program that i have made with JCreator Pro v2.5, everytime that i visited a website
with an applet, and generally whenever i run a java-program, my screen gets blur especially the fonts.
I have tried to uninstall my JSDK v1.4.2_05 and reinstall it and also to upgrade from JSDK v1.4.2_05 to
JSDK v5.0 RC but the problem was there again.
I also format my whole system and again the problem was there.
I don't know if this information is important, but whenever i try to install my JSDK everything goes fine till the
time of the java Runtime installation when few seconds before the end of the installation, my whloe screen
gets for 1-2 seconds again blur.

Is this a bug of the java language?
Please help me, any advise is appreciated!
