Strange error in Financial Reporting - PDF generation error

We are using Hyperion Planning, Financial Reporting with Workspace. Recently we found that some FR reports cannot generate/render the report output into PDF file. When we check the HRPrinting spooling pool, we found that the FR server generate 1 PDF page requires almost 1 to 2 minutes. However the same FR report can generate and output to Excel without any problems.

We suspect that there are some problems in the PDF rendering. Anyone got this similar issues before?
