We're seeing two odd failures our only app that uses a Tree Grid. I don't know if/how these two symptoms could be related, but it's what we're seeing.

Our app no longer shows FontAwesome icons on the rows (Tree Icons or FOEX Action Column values). But it will show FA icons as part of page items.

While investigating, I noticed that the filters (page items) on the grid that use the "FOEX Tree Grid Add Filter" DA cause the grid to return no records.
- All the greater-than, less-than and contains filters work as expected
- All the exact-match Filters fail to return records
We haven't modified this application in over a year and we're seeing this error in all our database instances (including Production). I have screenshots of tests I've run since then, which show the icons properly as recently as 1 month ago.
Our Central IT has made a number of system configuration changes recently. One of those recently stopped ORDS from running in Production, so no dynamic CSS or image files were being generated (which was exciting!). But once they restarted Apex, all our other Apex/FOEX applications resumed working as expected, except this tree grid app.

We're running FOEX 4.2 on Apex 19.2.
I should mention that the FOEX Demo/Documentation app's Tree Icons page (3014) shows custom icons just fine.
