Strange APEX problem: Unable to save changes on report columns

Hi,

I've installed APEX 4.2.5 and 4.2.6 on Windows 64bit on XE several times. Installation went fine, no issues were reported. I can log on to APEX and do anything as usual with one exception (no matter whether I install version 4.2.5 or 4.2.6):
As soon as I want to change any report column settings (regardless of classic report or interactive report), I'm getting the same error:

(Text Description: Unable to change column attributes. ORA-01403: no data found.

Has anybody come across this error ever? It only appears on this one install and I have no clue on how to proceed from here.
