Store whole number as decimal values in oracle table

Consider I have a value 18.00 in source, In target also it should get displayed as 18.00 and not as 18.My target is Oracle and Source in SQL Server.

FYI, The target has other decimal values like 10,21 etc... My requirement is to load even whole numbers as decimal . i.e. 18 as 18.00
