Store and retrieve BLOB in Oracle 10g using VB.NET?

First and fore most apologies if this is the wrong section for posting a newbie question..

I’m looking to get a pointer to information regarding sending and retrieving CLOB/BLOB in VB.net and oracle 10g .. If anyone has knows any sites that I could look up that would be great.

So far ive only turned up answers like:
