As the subject line indicates. The robot status from the console says everything is fine. The robot is not visible on the fabric, both tape drives are visible though. We inherited this system, apparently Sun/Oracle came in and initialized the library with the license / activation key. I have reset the library, changed cables, no deal. We want to use netbackup with this library but can't as we can't get at the tape drives.

Sadly, we have no support right now, and won't for a while.

Is there something that stands out and reaks of "This isn't setup properly"?
