Have set up Hyperion SSO using OAM, but I have never worked with CAS. Was hoping someone can get me started.
With OAM, we need to install WebGate on the OHS server and copy the definitions to the OHS server, and get OHS talking via WebGate. Is there something similar for CAS? I am looking at a documentation page that other teams used to incorporate into custom Java applications, and it describes steps to acquire a 'casticket' and get it 'validated'. I have gotten as far as getting the 'casticket' by tinkering with 'RedirectRules' and such via the ssl.conf, but cannot figure out how to extract the ticket from the URL and send it back to be validated.
The documentation also describes how to set up the configuration in the 'httpd.conf' if I have the mod_auth_cas.dll set up (this is a Windows server), but I do no have access to the components needed to compile the DLL for EPM 11.1.2.4. So hoping there is an off-the-shelf client that I can install. Or that I am going down a completely wrong path and some one can point me in the right direction.
