Steps to migrate standalone BIP reports to Oracle Analytics Publisher

Hi All,
Currently we have Standalone BI Publisher (BIP 12.2.1.3.0) in Windows server. We are planning to migrate Standalone BIP 12C reports to Oracle Analytics Publisher. Kindly let us know in case if anyone has achieved this in your project else any pointers will be very helpful.
