Steps to clone WCC TEST instance from PROD instance.

Hi All,

We are trying to figure out how to clone WCC TEST instance from PROD instance. We have a WCC DEV instance, but it is not in sync with WCC PROD instance.

We are at 11.1.1.8 version of WCC.

Searched in metalink and on google. Could not find any document.

Appreciate if you could point me to one or list the steps.
