steps to apply patch

Hi,

Im bi in applying the patch,
I want to apply the database patch p5337014 to upgrade my database from 10.2.0.2.0 to 10.2.0.3.0....

Actually i want to do this up-gradation on R12 instance 12.0.0... Will anyone please provide me the steps to apply this patch p5337014....

im using,
Instance : R12 with version 12.0.0
Current database version: 10.2.0.2.0
OS: Redhat Linux version 4.0
