I installed 18c on my Laptop. It is fine an running. I can connect from sqlplus
listener is up and running.
tnsping is working;
but if I try to connect via sqldeveloper
I got this error
The PW ist correct, I try it since two days, read a lot if s... and no idea anymore.
Please support me.
