Hello Everyone,

Does anyone knows how can i solve this issue on oracle 12c please?

"status: failure -test failed: listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA -12514, TNS listenner does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor"

Ps: I am new to Oracle
