Status Code: 500 Server Error (from service worker) for OCI ATP-S (Database version 21)

Hello,

URL of APEX Workspace:
https://ojsqhklneyii3b0-db……….eu-frankfurt-1.oraclecloudapps.com/ords/wwv_flow.accept?p_context=workspace-sign-in/oracle-apex-sign-in/105890907695552

Apex application does not work.
Status Code: 500 Server Error (from service worker)

Also I got following error in ORDS Serve:
InternalServerException [statusCode=500, logLevel=SEVERE, reasons=[]]
at oracle.dbtools.apex.support.resources.ApexStaticResourcesServlet.doGet(ApexStaticResourcesServlet.java:107)
at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:503)
