Stats Property Category

Is it possible to see the Stats Property Category in the dropdown when viewing the hierarchy (v 11.1.2.4.350)? There seems to be a disconnect between Shared Services and DRM. Or hidden somehow. I can see it in Exports though. If it is possible, how can I make it visible?
