Static Text works with a prompt??

Hello Experts!!

I think to work with a prompt and some static text (differents answers).
Now I'm asking about it if possible create some static text and it depends prompt (for example year). My static text changes.. like a view selector...

For example in my dashboard I have one prompt (Year) that contains 2005, 2006, 2007...If I choose 2005 I could to see a static text (reference to 2005), if I choose 2006 (reference to 2006...).
