Hello folks,

I'm creating an application, now I have one specific query, I wan't something as below:-

"When user click on the URL link, he/she should able to download the file which I have uploaded into my application,
[http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/packaged_apps/packaged_apps.html#OEHR] into the above link, when user clicks on the <b>oehr_sample_objects.zip</b> a new window open(File Download) open with 3 buttons, I wan't exactly like this"

So how should I upload the file to my current application, and how should I approach such that when user clicks on the link a new window(File Download) is prompted and also with 3 button like open, save and cancel.

Any good example link or if anybody can help me out step by step approach that would be greatfull.
