Startup/Shutdown:Specify Host and Target Database Credentials ( OEM 11G)

Hi All,

I am new to Oracle enterprise manager (OEM) 11G data base control. I have installed oracle 11g successfully in Windows xp and trying to use OEM to shut down the database. I take the following steps.

1. I log in OEM as
User name :SYS
Password :......
Connect As :SYSDBA

2. When i log in and come to home page i press shutdown button and then it ask for Host Credentials and
Database Credentials.

I know the details for database credentials however not sure about Host credentials.For Host credentials details,
I have tried using the same username and password as i log in windows XP but resulting in Error message
as Connection refused: connect.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this and clarify where i am going wrong.
