Startup Problem in Oracle Jdeveloper 11g

Hi I am Sunny..
I have installed Oracle Jdeveloper on my machine, but when I try to start JDeveloper Studio its not actually starting only the logo with the tag line "Productivity with Choice" is appearing... so please help me on this....
