startup mount standby database automatically

Me_101Oct 10 2012 — edited Oct 10 2012
Hi gurus,

I'm working with a RAC (oracle database 11.2.0.3) under red hat 5.3

yesterday, the server where the database is, mysteriously rebooted. But the database not automatically started up so i had to do a manual "startup mount standby database".
Exist any parameter to startup automatically with "startup mount standby database" mode?

i was looking for google but only found scripts that modify /etc/init.d/dbora or /etc/init.d/.dbora.swap, but i guess that oracle will had a parameter or something to do it by itself, am i wrong?

Thanks for your time.
