Startup fails

When I tyr to startup our database - I get this error message:

SVRMGR> startup
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 157761428 bytes
Fixed Size 73620 bytes
Variable Size 75628544 bytes
Database Buffers 81920000 bytes
Redo Buffers 139264 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-01122: database file 7 failed verification check
ORA-01110: data file 7: '/dev/rlvfidata3-01.db'
ORA-01251: Unknown File Header Version read for file number 7
this is an testbase - and we have no logging on it.
Is it possible to recover this datafile - or do we have to restore the entire database?
