Hi, i have installed on my laptop oracle 10g under windows vista business 32 bit, but when i start the service OracleOraHTTP_home1ASControl with microsoft administrative tools get the message

StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed with err 1063

c:\oracle\product\10.2.0\http_1\opmn\bin\opmnctl status - l

HTTP_Server status Alive.
