Starting / Setup / Configure JDBC (McKoi)

Good Day:

I am in the attempt to try the JDBC. I have downloaded the required software from http://mckoi.com/database and then follow its readme.txt to perform the start. In simple:

First step:
java -jar mckoidb.jar
I always get errors here...different error.

I too have followed the given instruction from the site to unzip the scr and gnu-exp1.1.4.jar to the respective folder.

Although it is a step-by-step guide which I have followed closely, I still suspect I have missed out something simple during the setup/configuration.
