Starting ORACLE under NT domain account

Hi!

I need to start ORACLE Server under NT domain account. Database server must have access to various network resources through Generic Connectivity <--> ODBC. In other words: I want to read/write flat FoxPro 2.6 DBF-files through ODBC (files are stored on separate network server and accessed through NT share).
What local system privileges I must grant to this domain account on database server machine?

P.S. Any alternative solutions?
