Starting managed server in independence mode in the absence of admin server.

Hi,

When managed server is started, getting info like

The admin server could not be reached at http://ipaddress:7001/console.

Mar 15, 2016 2:07:53 PM IST> <Info> <Configuration Management> <BEA-150018> <This server is being started in managed server independence mode in the absence of the admin server.

But server is getting started.Even Admin server is running.

Why getting this message and how to start managed server without this info?

Kindly provide inputs.
