Started Application server with error (PT 8.5.02)

Hello Everyone,

I have installed peopletools 8.5 with HCM 9.1 on 64 bit server, Windows Server 2008 OS and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. I have patched the peopletools to 8.5.02. The problem is when i started the app server, there's an error. here is the error from the log :

PSJNI: Could not load the JavaVM library E:\PT8.50\jre\bin\client\jvm
PSJNI: EnvImplementation::Ctor: Failed to get JvmHandle

Does anyone know how to solve this? thanks..
