Start Up errors

Dear Concern,
Kindly help me in this problem when i start my Windows XP i got two POP-UP Property Window related Oracle 8i
1- STRTDB80.exe (has encountered a peoblem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience)
2- wdblsnr.exe (has encountered a peoblem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience).

these two windows come when ever i start my windows and on desktop i see these two windows when i click close then oracle works and works properly but i want to remove these errors. kindly inform me about these solution.
