Start to designing an OLAP Database

Hi , I am currently trying t design an OLAP database. I have an OLTP database (Regular database) . And thats about all. I know that That schema of the OLAP database will be different .. it will be star schema ( are there any tools available that will basically create a star schema for my OLAP databse through my OLTP databse).Furthermore Ill need to create cubes any suggestions ?? I would appreciate if anyone could recommend books with pracctical examples of building cubes or if they have any hints and suggestions... Thanks
