We have been on CCS for just over a year, and we are still not able to utilize the Start Service process flow. We complete an online utility credit check to determine whether a deposit is required. I am being told that, as of today, there is no configuration available in the UI for a check box or something similar that a CSR could check if a deposit is needed or not needed. It appears that eligibility to create a deposit service agreement is based on a predefined algorithm configured for the process flow type. There should be a UI option (check box) available on the start service process flow screen panel where a CSR user can decide whether a deposit is required or not. There are scenarios in which we want to override the deposit eligibility that was determined based on algorithm rules but there is no option for that.
