start programming pocket pc

I am a novice for Java and pocket PC, but required to program some applications on windows CE using Java. Having looked through a lot of resources, I only found numerous sample codes in eVC++ or waba.
Applications of CDC and J2ME seem to focus on PDA and cell phone.
Can anyone tell me how to getting started to program under windows CE in java?
Is there any good tutorial and example code online?
