Hello all,
I'm new to Linux,
I have installed Oracle databse 12c on redhat enterprise linux 7.5,
once installed ever thing is ok and was able to access the enterprise manager through
https://localhost:5500/em
and also was able to connect to the Db through sqldeveloper and other applications,
after reboot, i started the Databse instance using sqlplus
as below
but i'm not able to access the enterprise manger nor connect ot the DB niether through sqldeveloper nor other applications,
What step i miss, any helpe is appreciated
