Start EPM learning

Hi,

I am an Oracle DBA for the past 7 yrs. Now an oppurtunity has come for me to learn EPM. (We are converting our MF legacy systems into Oracle Financials and lots of other systems also go in it). EPM is one among them. I don't have any idea where to start. I am willing to learn. Please if somebody could give me a learning path, it would be helpful.

I saw the deployment documents in the oracle library. But I need to understand the basics first. ( I am going to be the administrator only and not the developer.)
