Start dates not aligned for those linked before the usage start date

Hi All,

When I try to bill in CC&B integrated with MDM, I'm having an error of "Start dates not aligned for those linked before the usage start date". Does anyone of you know what are the following factors that make this error generated? Any help would be appreciated.
