Staring JNLP application at windows start UP

Hi All

I want to start the JNLP application at windows start up. I found one way for this is creating a desktop short cut and copy that link to start up folder. But while creating the short cut a dialog box is opened ask do you want create the short cut or not. If I press No I cant start the application at start up. Is there any way to over come this problem?
