Stanford Karel the robot

Hello everybody,
I am watching the cs106a classes on stanfords site and I have downloaded the eclipse IDE and java to complete the course but I cannot seem to get the program to run the worlds or any of the Karel.jar at all is there a way to include the Karel file in your project panel as I seem to be lost, I see there is alot of posts from students on the course that have come to the site for help, all I want is to get it up and running .
