I don't have login information of standby database. Just Need to know how I can identify the correct issue with the alert and trace file informations given above? I did not find any particular document related to ORA-16038 and 272. From the trace file , Is "krsb_stream_dispatch: No active stream for destination 2 - returning" a noted info about the issue? Please Help and provide any Doc ID which is closely related with this issue.
