Standby database in sync....

Hi All,
Standby database is not in sync. with primary. It happened because of the space issue in the standby database.
Now the space issue has been resolved. But the archive logs are still not being applied.

Not sure if there is a connectivity issue between primary and standby.
If it is the issue, please tell how I can check the connectivity. (Database oracle 10g)

Could you please tell me what should I do for this.
