Hi,
Whenever we submit any concurrent requests, the custom programs gets completed successfully.
But the standard programs for eg. Active Users is in Running Normal state and not getting completed even after three days.
I tried with the below steps, but nothing helped.
Restarted app and db services
Ran autoconfig in db and app
Could anyone please help us on this.
