standalone agent works only for localhost

I'm having some trouble getting the standalone agent to accept connections not only from localhost.
I have the agent running on one laptop and when I test it and send stuff to to it from ODI running on the same laptop - it works.
I then try to do the same thing from ODI running on another laptop and it says that it cannot connect.
i checked netstat and it only shows 127.0.0.1 with the port open that i setup.

Where can I define for the agent to listen on other addresses than localhost?
