Stage outcome with error in oracle apps

Hi,

I am having a request set in which first stage is a Pl/Sql extract and second stage is a oracle report in oracle apps.
When I am running the request set my extract is completing normally but my report is giving following error:

Stage completed normally with outcome error.

But when I am executing my Pl/sql extract and my report separately through single request then both are completing normally and giving me the output.

Please help me out with this.
