SSO integration with Active Directory or OID?

We're looking into our options for single sign on integration with OBIEE on top of Oracle EBS 11.5.10. Currently we have both MS Active Directory and Oracle Internet Directory with our users synced up in both.

Can anyone recommend which is better for OBIEE LDAP/SSO integration and provide any pros and cons of each? Thanks in advance
