Hi, I installed the recently released 23.4 instant client for Windows 64-bit, and for one (19c) server it returns an SSL error if I try to connect to a database over there:
C:\Oracle>sqlplus xxx@yyy

Besides the fact that the link seems to be slightly inaccurate, this does work for other TCPS-configured databases and/or if I revert to the 21.14 64-bit instant client. Anyone knows if the 23.4 (instant) client is somehow more picky about the (client)certificate/wallet/… ? Or how to debug such an issue? Thanks!
