SSL: Server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555 ?

Hi all,

In our ADF Faces application, we have one inline modal af:popup.
Sometimes (in fact, very common), with the SSL-enabled, our modal popup is displayed in the upper left corner, ceases to be a modal, and does not respond to any command. Clicking on the any other area on the page dismisses popup, and FireFox's Error console displays an error :

Server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555

This does not happen with SSL disabled.
We believe that this is a problem that has WebLogic server.

Any advice ?
