SSL - Is there an 11g oracle client that works with Oracle 11gR2 DB server?

Trying to connect to an Oracle 11gR2 database configured with SSL using an Oracle Windows 11gR1 client.
The following error happens:
ERROR: ORA-28767: invalid version number.
Is there a known working Oracle 11g Windows client that will connect to Oracle 11gR2 database configured with SSL ?
