SSL call to NZ function nzos_Handshake failed with error 28860

Hello,
anybody have any idea about this error, we are having intermitten connection problem with the server, for example you will be in the middle of updating an application suddenly says page cannot found error. this problem started after we put the certs on the server.

Any help is appreciated.
